Eco-tourism Professional in Spiti, Himachal Pradesh

Work profile:

  • Product development,
  • Standardisation of eco-tourism related activities and services,
  • Material development,
  • Trainings on aspects pertaining to tourism related services,
  • Marketing and development of advertising material,
  • Establishing and monitoring of existing conservation linkages with tourism.

The job will involve regular interaction with a diverse range of stakeholders - community, tour operators, NGOs, government, etc.

Preference will be accorded to candidates with experience of working in the eco-tourism sector, preferable 2-3 years of experience. The employee will be based primarily in Spiti, Himachal Pradesh and for shorter durations in other areas out of Spiti.

A minimum commitment of 2 years is expected out of the applicants.
