The Organisation: Centre for Career Studies (CCS) is an autonomous concern established under the aegis of Hind Sewa Sangathan, a non-profit making organisation working in multifarious fields in Himachal Pradesh. CCS is presently engaged in educational activities in Himachal and around. CCS intends to appoint an Executive Head with the following job responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Establishment of Learning Centres with approval of the University in different feasible locations of the state.
- Managing, controlling and taking quality care of the established centres.
- Planning & Formulating business promotion policies, Monitoring & Implementation of the Activities, to Promote and communicate about the programs & activities of the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead, Motivate and manage the Human Resources in order to achieve the goals of the organization and ensure effective performance.
- Ensure the financial control of all activities and report accordingly to the Director General of the organisation.
- Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling and Monitoring of all Activities.
- To be responsible for the Developing, Implementing and streamlining internal systems and processes in alignment with achieving the Organization’s Vision and Mission.
- Provide strategic leadership to the Origination and managing the personnel of CCS.
- Ensure development, monitoring and evaluation of all functions / activities and ensure implementation of approved recommendations in order to contribute to the improvement and effectiveness of the Project Operations.
- Ensure that mandatory government regulations are completed with and updated regularly
- Ensure opening with different government departments for more visibility of organisation’s affairs.
Essential:
- A visionary with minimum ten years of experience including 3-4 years as a Senior Executive in Non- Governmental Organization / Business Concern with ethical commitments.
- Successful track record for managing and implementing large multi-stakeholder and scalable programmes with excellent proven measurable results.
Qualifications:
The aspirant should have sound academics preferably Doctorate in Management / Social Work or equivelent.
Remunerations:
The remunerations for the post shall be equivelent to that of a professor of University.
