Essential Qualification :
(i) Should be Middle pass or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ Institution.
(ii) Must posses valid driving license for the plying of heavy/ light vehicles in hilly terrain.
Desirable Qualification :
Knowledge of customs manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
Pay Scale : Pay scale of Rs. 3330-6200 (On contract basis and will be fixed contractual amount Rs. 4005/- PM)
Age limits : 18 to 45 years as on 1-1-2008. Upper age limit will be relax able up to 5 years for SC-ST
Last date for submission of application :
For the applicant residing in Tribal areas of H.P. the last date for submission of application is 12th May 2008.
Selection process :
Selection for appointment to the post on contract appointment/ recruitment shall be made on the basis of viva-voice test for driving and maintenance skill of the candidate. Passing of practical test shall be mandatory. Venue date and time will be intimated later on.
