Term & Condition :
The engagement would be purely on contractual basis on year to year basis and may further be extended subject to yearly renewal which would be based upon the performance assessment/ review of the candidate. The selected candidate of would be required to give an affidavit stating that he/ she shall have no claim for absorption in the H.P. State Pollution Control Board. Can restrict the number of candidates to be called for the interview/ practical test, if considered necessary, on the basis of qualification and experience as prescribed in the Advertisement by way of screening of applications. Those candidates who do not fulfil the qualification at the closing/ last date of submission of application to the board may not apply and such applications if received shall not be considered. The date of interview and test shall be intimated separately. It is expected from the candidate to have knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of H.P. and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in H.P. The decision of the Chairman, H.P State Pollution Control Board shall be final and binding in all the matters concerning this recruitment.
