Job Description :
- While performing the duty of Peon
To carry and deliver dak within and outside the office. To ensure the cleanliness and general up-keep of the section/office wherein posted and of the furniture, fixture and equipment. To perform miscellaneous job for officers/ officials. To attend to any other work that may be assigned and to attended the office at headquarters and while on tour
- While performing the duty of Watchman
To keep watch and ward before and after office hours and to take precautionary measures relating to prevention of fire and damage to Govt. property

The applications of interested persons must reach in this office by 15th September, 2008 for the candidates residing in Pangi and Bharmour Sub Division of Chamba District, Kinnour District, Dodrakwar Sub Division of Shimla District and Lahoul & Spiti District of Himachal Pradesh whose applications are received by post/speed post only from these area. In case application are received by hand or through courier service, benefit of extended time shall not be available regardless of the place of residence of the applicant.
