Qualification : 1^st class M.Sc. Degree in Environmental Science/ Chemistry/ Micro-Biology with a Bachelor degree in basis science from a recognized university/ institution

1. Jr. Environmental Engineer 5 (Gen-4, SC-1)

Qualification : 1^st class Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering/ Tech./ Discipline or equivalent qualification in civil, Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering as relevant to the laws being administered by the board and/ or the mandate of the board

Age limit : 18 to 45 years

Salary Package : Rs. 8700

1. Jr. Accountant 5 (Gen-3, PWD Gen-1, SC-1)

Qualification : Bachelor degree in Commerce from a recognized university/ Institution and should have knowledge of computer operation with atleast one year Computer Training Certificate from a recognised/ reputed institution. Candidates for the post of Junior Accountant shall be required to take and qualify a written test before the interview

Age limit : 18 to 45 years

Salary Package : Rs. 6600

1. Laboratory Assistant 5 (Gen-4, SC-1)

Qualification : 2^nd Division in 10+2 with Science. Candidates for the post of Laboratory Assistant shall be required to take and qualify a written test before the interview.

Age limit : 18 to 45 years

Salary Package : Rs. 4830

The H.P State Pollution Board can restrict the number of candidate to be called for the interview on the basis of qualification and experience as prescribed in the advertisement by way of screening of applications. Those candidates who do not possess the prescribed qualification as on the closing/ last date of submission of application to the Board, should not apply and such application if received shall not be considered. The date of interview shall be intimated separately to the suitable applicants. It is expected from the candidate to have knowledge of customers, manners and dialects of H.P and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in H.P
