1. He/ She should have attained the age of 21 years on 1^st January of the year in which He/ She applies to the above post but should not have exceeded 35 years
2. He/ She should be a bonafide resident of Chamba Distt.
3. He/ She should be of sound mind and good health
4. He/ She has not been disqualify from appointment in Public Service or removed under Voluntary Retirement Scheme
5. He/ She should have not been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude
6. Those candidates who have diploma in Civil Engineering/ Civil Draughts- man can also apply for the above post, but first preference will be given to Degree Diploma holder
7. Salary Package : Rs. 3500 per months
