Date of Birth, Mark sheet of final professional MBBS examination, MBBS/ PG Degree, Attempt Certificate, Internship Certificate, Character Certificate from the Institute last attended, Registration Certificate issued by the Medical Council concerned, Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

The counselling of the eligible candidates for selection and posting through RKS would be conducted on onwards at Health and Family Welfare Training Centre Parimahal, Kasumpti Shimla-9. the candidates who appear for counselling on 15^th January 2009 along with above original certificates would alone be considered for contractual appointment under this scheme.
