<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<li>Implementation of planned Activities, to Promote and communicate about the programs &amp; activities of the organisation with internal and external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Lead, Motivate and manage the Human Resources in order to achieve the goals of the organization and ensure effective performance.</li>
<li>Ensure the financial control of all activities and report accordingly to the Director General of the organisation.</li>
<li>Planning, Organizing, Directing, Controlling and Monitoring of all Activities.</li>
<li>To be responsible for the Developing, Implementing and streamlining internal systems and processes in alignment with achieving the Organization&#8217;s Vision and Mission.</li>
<li>Provide strategic leadership to the Origination and managing the personnel of HSS.</li>
<li>To Prepare concept papers, project proposals as per the requirements of funding agencies / grant applications, develop and pursue new ways to raise fund, build and strengthen relationships with funding agencies.</li>
<li>Ensure development, monitoring and evaluation of all functions / activities and ensure implementation of approved recommendations in order to contribute to the improvement and effectiveness of the Project Operations.</li>
<li>Ensure that mandatory government regulations are completed with and updated regularly</li>
<li>Ensure opening with different government departments for more visibility of organisation&#8217;s affairs.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A visionary with minimum ten years of experience including 3-4 years as a Senior Executive in Non- Governmental / R&amp;D Organizations with ethical commitments.</li>
<li>Successful track record for managing and implementing large multi-stakeholder and scalable programmes with excellent proven measurable results.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<p>The aspirant should have sound academics preferably Doctorate in Social Work / Management or equivalent.</p>

The two-year project is an attempt to integrate PPTCT into safe motherhood initiatives in order to provide HIV screening and thereof relevant services to all pregnant women. The project is being implemented through NGO partners in two districts of Himachal Pradesh and Delhi.</p>

<p>•	Postgraduate degree in Social Work/Psychology/Sociology<br />
•	4 to 5 years of progressive experience in working HIV/AIDS related programme and advocacy<br />

•	Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Hindi and English</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>•	Provide day-to-day/regular assistance and support to the partners in the field<br />
•	Facilitate relevant technical assistance to the partner NGOs for smooth implementation of the programme<br />
•	Ensure communication, collaboration and exchange between NGO partners in the field and MAMTA<br />
•	Organise and manage workshops/training and review workshops as and when needed<br />
•	Ensure quarterly and annual programme targets are achieved by the partner NGOs<br />
•	Oversee financial management of allocated NGO budgets<br />
•	Undertake advocacy with the service providers and relevant authorities<br />
•	Prepare papers for, and attend, meetings/conferences at various levels as required<br />
•	Oversee M&amp;E activities of the NGOs<br />
•	Collect and analyse regular reports from NGO partners on programme activities and finance<br />
•	Prepare and submit regular reports to the donor on programme activities and finance<br />
•	Maintain good working relationships with various relevant government departments at district and state level</p>
